I love running!!! Running is the best way to get and stay in shape!! I have been running since competing in Cross Country and Track and Field in High School. I was an All-State long distance runner in High School, and competed at the NCAA level in running events at Southern Utah University. In college, I won the American West Conference 10,000 Meter race in track and field in 1996. In 1998 was All-Conference in the Mid-Continent Conference Cross Country Championship, and in Track and Field. I have coached High School distance runners for over five years. As a High School coach, I have coached numerous state champion athletes. I love running, and I love coaching.

I create custom online programs for both competitive and non competitive runners. As one of the top coaches and trainers in the United States I can create a custom program to fit your needs. If you are trying to get back in shape, or trying to improve your PR, I would love to help you.
