Why would anyone want to hire a personal trainer? Why pay another person to tell you what to do? Why ask someone to tell you how to eat, how to workout, and what supplements you should take? There is a ton of information on the internet that is free, so why in the world would anyone hire a personal trainer or sports nutritionist? I have been doing this for a long, long time, and without a shade of doubt health and fitness has been a big part of my life for what seems like forever. After being in the health and fitness industry for 15 years, after talking to hundreds of other trainers and elite athletes, attending seminars and training sessions, and all the certifications, one thing that most other trainers and I agree on is that the vast majority of people that work out are working out incorrectly and are dieting incorrectly. The funny part is that although I am one of the top trainers and nutritionists in the world, I am still learning and I still seek advice from other trainers and elite athletes out there..... Well, one thing for sure is that one of the first positive steps people can make is the decision to live a healthier lifestyle. There is no question that the citizens of the United States in general can live healthier lives. Also, as a competitive athlete I am always looking to improve, and in my heart and mind I will always seek out better ways to do things. I think a lot of other competitive athletes feel the same way. They enjoy a challenge and want to be the best. So...................what steps do you take if you want to live healthier? What do you do to lose weight, and STILL remain healthy? What steps do you take so that you can keep the weight off after you lose it? How much food is enough for you to consume so that you remain healthy, keep the right amount of muscle tone, and achieve your goals? Where should you workout at since you are so busy? How should you do cardio? How should you weight train? If you do want to resistance train with weights what should you buy if you have no other option than training at home? What time is the best time of day to do cardio? How much cardio should you do? What if you are lifting incorrectly, overtraining, you get injured or are using equipment that is hurting instead of helping you? What fat burning supplements should you take? If you want to gain muscle, how much protein should you consume and where should you get it from? If you are an athlete what specific training techniques would help you compete at a higher level? If you are training for a specific sport what can you consume in your diet in the last few weeks or days leading up to your competition that can help you? Why do the TOP athletes in the world who have been competing for DECADES spend thousands of dollars on trainers, nutritionists, and subject field experts when they have been competing for a long time and are trainers themselves? Is it to waste money? NO! THAT IS A TON OF QUESTIONS!!! WOW!!! Personal trainers, sports nutritionists, athletic trainers, and experts in health and fitness are MANDATORY. Every single elite athlete, every couch potato that is 100 pounds overweight, and every person in between in the entire world can benefit from a personal trainer. Everyone is also different and has different needs that require specific knowledge. Personal trainers can help everyone by creating programs that fit their specific needs. Trainers know the ins and outs of the body, they know from experience what works and what doesn’t, and they can diagnose problems that people experience and create smart solutions to help everyone achieve and maintain their goals. THERE IS NO ONE WAY TO DO THINGS. There just isn’t. There are certain guidelines when it comes to various types of training methods, sports, and activities that work better than others, but in general it takes customized advice to get the job done! That is why I have lived the vast majority of my life helping others achieve their goals. After years of being involved in this industry and seeing the good, bad, and everything in between I still love being a personal trainer and nutritionist!!! This website is dedicated to giving everyone the BEST advice in the world. We WANT to answer your questions. My goal is to hire the best in every aspect of health and fitness to work alongside with www.jimmachak.com to give everyone the best in advice. So how am I going to do this? On December 1st we are going to add three different sections to www.jimmachak.com , a powerlifting/strongman section, a running section, and a football section. Eddie Bustillos is one of the most intelligent powerlifters in the world! Ed’s section is going to be awesome. The You Tube videos on his section are a sight to see and he has a tremendous following and tons of respect in this region when it comes to powerlifting and strongman competitions. Phil Wooston was one of the top track athletes in the United States while he was in college and has coached track and field for years. I can’t wait for “Runner’s Corner by Phil Woolston to be available to others.” What about football? No other sport is watched in the United States as much as football. Aaron Martinez is going to help all football players and entire teams hone their skills to go to the next level. Aaron has lived football his entire life and is going to bring a whole new element to www.jimmachak.com ! Over time I will seek out experts in many aspects of sports, athletics, and in general health and fitness to give everyone the opportunity to have an expert help them achieve their goals. In addition it is important that people have the opportunity to get expert advice without spending too much money. The more time, energy, and money people save by utilizing www.jimmachak.com the better. Also the better the results people get and the more they learn can transfer to their friends and family so they can teach them how to live a better and healthier lifestyle.
